Trauma-Informed Therapy for Adults and Teenagers 16+
If you’re living in Vermont and want trauma-informed therapy that truly understands trauma and the impact of what you’ve survived, you’re in the right place.
I provide affirming individual therapy for adults and teens 16+ who are navigating C-PTSD, relational and identity-related trauma, emotional neglect, and chronic self-blame or hypervigilance.
My approach combines evidence-based techniques with a deeply validating, non-pathologizing lens so you can understand your trauma responses, reconnect with your needs, and rebuild self-trust at a safe pace.
