Break free from OCD “what if?” spirals. Reclaim clarity.
Reconnect with your authentic self.
Feeling Trapped in OCD Loops?
OCD can make your mind feel like it’s spinning on a loop— replaying conversations, second-guessing choices, or pulling you into “What if?” stories that feel urgent and real. Each thought can weigh heavy, leaving you drained, disconnected, and unsure what to trust.
You may have tried therapy that missed the OCD at the center.
But you don’t have to navigate OCD alone.
As an OCD specialist with lived experience, I know how consuming these spirals can feel. Together, we’ll help you reclaim clarity, rebuild trust in your mind, and reconnect with life— grounded, calm, and aligned with what matters to you.
Whether you’re struggling with sexual orientation OCD, gender identity OCD, harm OCD, moral scrupulosity OCD, social OCD, “just right” OCD, checking OCD, contamination OCD, or relationship OCD— even if you’re not sure whether you even have OCD— you’ve come to the right place.
Who I Work With: OCD Therapy for Adults and Teens 16+
You may be seeking OCD therapy because you:
struggle with intrusive thoughts or “What if?” spirals
get stuck replaying moments or checking for certainty
feel unseen by prior therapy that missed the OCD piece
fear your thoughts say something “true” about you
I specialize in treating OCD, especially in the contexts of:
It’s time to feel seen, understood, and free from the mental loops— let’s start here, together.
How OCD Therapy Helps You Think, Feel, and Live Differently
My approach is affirming, empowering, and grounded in both lived experience and evidence-based care. I use Inference-Based CBT (I-CBT) and ACT— evidence-based approaches for OCD that work with your brain, not against it. I help you understand what’s actually happening in your mind— not what OCD insists is true.
In our work together, you’ll learn to:
Stay grounded instead of pulled into doubt loops
Rebuild trust in your mind instead of chasing certainty
Live from your values— not fear
Therapy isn’t about just “thinking positive.” In I-CBT, we focus on how your mind gets pulled into feared possibilities, notice when imagination overrides your senses, and interrupt those patterns so you can reclaim confidence and self-trust.
