Meet Mx. Lauren Johnson, LPC

Finally, a therapist who gets it.

If you’re exhausted by intrusive thoughts, constant masking, or reliving old trauma, you’re not alone— and you don’t have to keep doing this by yourself.

I’m Lauren (he/him), founder of Neuroqueering Counseling Services. As a queer, trans, non‑monogamous, disabled AuDHD therapist with lived experience of OCD, I know how hard it can be to find therapy that actually fits.

My role isn’t to “fix” you. I’m here to help you untangle stuck thought loops, make sense of your experiences, and build a life where you can actually breathe— using I‑CBT, ACT, and a deeply affirming, collaborative approach.

No more masks. No more over-explaining.
Just a place where you can be.
