If you’re exhausted by anxiety, intrusive thoughts, constant masking, or reliving old trauma, you’re not alone— and you don’t have to keep doing this by yourself.

I’m Lauren (he/him), founder of Neuroqueering Counseling Services. As a queer, trans, non‑monogamous, disabled AuDHD therapist with lived experience of OCD, I know how hard it can be to find therapy that actually fits.

My role is never to “fix” you. Instead, I am here to come alongside you and help you to untangle stuck thought loops, make sense of your experiences, and build a life where you can actually breathe— using I‑CBT, ACT, and a deeply affirming, collaborative approach.

No more masks. No more over-explaining.
Just a place where you can
be.

My Philosophy on Therapy

Are you sick of therapy where you have to shrink yourself?

At Neuroqueering Counseling Services, I believe that therapy should celebrate who you are— not ask you to hide it. My approach goes beyond affirmation to embrace neurodivergence and queerness as powerful sources of identity and resilience.

With both professional and lived experience, I practice neuroqueering counseling— a collaborative, identity‑affirming approach where you never have to mask or shrink yourself.

Every person’s path is unique. That’s why I meet you where you are, offering therapy that fits your needs, goals, and neurotype. Together, we’ll create a safe and empowering space for exploration, healing, and growth.

Curious if this could be the right fit for you?
