Based on Monacan land in Virginia, our office is 100% virtual, serving via telehealth in Virginia, North Carolina,* South Carolina, Florida, & Vermont. Appointments are exclusively offered via telehealth as virtual appointments. At the time of your appointment, you must currently be located in the states of Virginia, North Carolina,* South Carolina, Florida, or Vermont. 

Unfortunately, no. While you are afforded more flexibility & greater access due to telehealth, state licensing laws state that you must be located in Virginia, North Carolina,* South Carolina, Florida, or Vermont at the time of your session.

From a legal standpoint, we are only able to provide services to folks who are in the state by which we are professionally licensed, which is Virginia (0701013144). In addition, we can provide telehealth services to the states of North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, & Vermont. In North Carolina, Lauren is temporarily authorized to provide telehealth therapy due to Hurricane Helene. In South Carolina, Lauren is a Telehealth Registered Professional Counselor Provider (TLC 1428 PC). In Florida, Lauren is a Telehealth Licensed Mental Health Counselor (TPMC5040). In Vermont, Lauren has Interim Telehealth Registration as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (068.0136167TELE).

Initial Compatibility Consult (15 minutes): complimentary

Initial Individual Intake Appointment (60 minutes): $205.00

Individual Psychotherapy (45-50 minutes): $155.00

Individual Psychotherapy (75 minutes): $205.00

Yes, absolutely! While our work focuses on & centers the LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, & non-monogamous communities, we are open to clients of all identities, neurotypes, lived experiences, & relationship structures.

At this time, we are only accepting new clients ages 16+.

At this time, we do not offer a sliding scale.
